Peter Dragun 05faa941c2 fix(esp32c5): Do not disable UART0 sclk when USB Serial/JTAG is primary console 
This is a workaround for rom code issue, which can cause the chip to end in infinite loop
when reset is triggered from esptool/idf-monitor. This is only applicable to ESP32-C5 rev <= 1.0.

Peter Dragun 4c53f42dc7 fix: Execute esptool scripts in interactive mode 
The new version of esptool has a quite interactive output that supports
folding steps and overriding progress bar. Using interactive mode to run
esptool scripts will make the output propagate to the terminal immediately.

Peter Dragun 5085763984 fix(tools): idf.py: fix detection of raw core dump file 
When idf.py coredump-debug is launched with '--core' argument, it
tries to determine the file format (raw, elf, b64). To detect the
'raw' core dump the code checked if the version word matched one of
the known values.
However, the version word also contains the chip ID in the high
half-word, so the check failed for anything other than the ESP32.
The detection of core file format has been moved to esp-coredump
package in version 1.9.0, including the fix for chip ID.
