Marius Vikhammer 08c4e54ec5 fix(iwdt): increased default timeout if using PSRAM 
Default timeout for interrupt WDT was increased by default
on ESP32, due to some heap integrity check APIs taking a long
time on large PSRAMs and causing timeouts.

But this adjustment was only done for ESP32, not later chips,
even though they may experience the same issue.

Adjusted to have the same behavior on all chips with PSRAM
enabled, making it consistant with the docs.

HFP AG:
- Fix mSBC EV3 second-packet payload length calculation to prevent OOB read and infinite loop
- Add init/deinit guards in HF AG helper functions to avoid NULL deref
- Return bt_status_t from btc_hf_ag_audio_data_send to avoid silent buffer leak on SLC failure
- Break SCO CI data loop when SCO is not open to prevent CPU starvation
- Guard BTM_FreeSCN(0) and reset SCN after free in bta_ag_del_records
- Use OI_UINT32 for mSBC decode frame length to avoid stack corruption
- Bound AT Dial command string copy to BTA_AG_AT_MAX_LEN
HFP Client:
- Check osi_calloc result before use when reassembling split mSBC frames
- Use OI_UINT32 for mSBC decode frame length to avoid stack corruption
- Free SDP db, collision/AT timers and queued AT cmds before scb reset on disable
- Fix mSBC EV3 second-packet payload length calculation (same as AG)
- Reject pcm_resample input smaller than overlap window (96 bytes) on filtered path

Ashish Sharma 64b488ebb3 fix(esp_http_server): take ctrl_sock_semaphore on shutdown and async wake 
httpd_stop() and httpd_req_async_handler_complete() both pushed
messages onto the control mbox via cs_send_to_ctrl_sock() without
reserving a slot in ctrl_sock_semaphore. Once the silent-drop fix
made the semaphore unconditional, the bypass became a real bug:
when the mbox is saturated by pending httpd_queue_work() items the
unguarded sendto() can return ENOBUFS, and even when it succeeds it
leaves the semaphore overstating free slots until the consumer
drains the message — a window during which a concurrent
httpd_queue_work() can take a slot but still find the mbox full.

Acquire the semaphore (portMAX_DELAY) before both sends and give it
back on send failure so the take/give invariant is preserved. The
httpd task is the consumer in both paths, so blocking is bounded
and deadlock-free. Reword the stale "no-op give on full" comment in
httpd_process_ctrl_msg() to reflect that only the recv-error path
relies on the cap behavior now.

morrisandCursor 4586897fa3 fix(sdio_slave): align buffer size checks with descriptor limits 
Define per-target SDIO slave descriptor buffer limits in the LL layer and validate queued send buffers against the 4-byte aligned effective maximum. Update the public docs to describe the chip-dependent limit instead of hardcoding 4092 bytes.
