Ashish Sharma 8956f3b86c feat(sha): add sha_hal_is_sm3_supported() 
Report whether the SHA peripheral can run the SM3 mode. The LL function
sha_ll_is_sm3_supported() exists on every chip. ESP32-S31 reads the
DIS_SM_CRYPT eFuse, which disables SM2 and SM3 permanently. ESP32-C5 and
ESP32-H4 have SM3 but no such eFuse. All other chips have no SM3.

Meet Patel 108db1bc12 test(ulp): snapshot LP ADC raw reads after GPIO settle 
HP was asserting a live LP buffer and starting firmware before ADC/GPIO setup.
That produced leftover-high values and print/assert mismatches on pull-down.

Wait 100 ms for analog settle, then wait for completed scans with a wall-clock
timeout (pdMS_TO_TICKS(1) is zero at a 10 ms tick). Copy a local snapshot and
assert it; do not retry until a reading is in range. Deinit on teardown so a
failed raw-read cannot abort the following stress case.

Adam Múdry 568ae4126b fix(sdmmc): back off between CMD13 polls while waiting for card to be ready 
The loops waiting for the card to leave its busy state started their yield
backoff at 100 ms. A card is typically busy for a few milliseconds after a
write, so the backoff never fired and every write was followed by hundreds
of back-to-back CMD13 commands. Occupying the host controller like this
slows down unrelated work on both cores, not just the calling task.

Delay between polls instead, starting at CONFIG_SD_READY_POLL_PERIOD_START_US
(100 us) and doubling. Both the delay and the configured start period are
capped at one FreeRTOS tick period, where vTaskDelay() already yields and one
command per tick is not a storm. A typical wait now costs a handful of
commands instead of hundreds.

Applies to sdmmc_wait_for_idle(), sdmmc_init_sd_wait_data_ready() and
read_tuning_block().
