ESP32-S2 disables the brownout detector before deep sleep; if sleep is
rejected, re-init it so BOD is not left disabled (PM-519).

radek.tandler da41d31a14 fix(esp_security): Stop ECDSA and Key Manager resets from corrupting concurrent crypto 
ECDSA enable pulses a reset that also holds SHA in reset, and SHA shares
its DMA with AES. Key Manager enable pulses a reset that also covers the
XTS-AES flash encryption key-usage selector. Neither path was serialized
against those victims, so a hardware ECDSA/HMAC/DS operation could
corrupt a concurrent SHA/AES transfer or an in-flight encrypted flash
read.

- Take the SHA/AES lock inside esp_crypto_ecdsa_lock_acquire(), before
  MPI, matching the DS lock order (sha_aes < mpi)
- Add esp_crypto_key_mgr_enable_periph_clk_no_reset() and switch ECDSA,
  HMAC and DS to it; they only need the key-usage selector writable
- Hold esp_crypto_key_manager_lock across those clock enable/disable
  pairs so selector writes stay serialized without resetting KM

Xiao Xufeng 3d76ced5bb fix(mmap): fixed some API read wrong data via mmap when flash being erased/written while XIP on PSRAM 
Before:

The cache won't be disabled when XIP on psram. But during flash
erasing/programming, read data will be courrupt.

When XIP in psram is enabled, the image is not mapped to the cache so
usually there will be no flash access. The only way to read from flash
is via the driver or use mmap. The driver has protection during erasing,
while th mmap region not.

Now:

Mmap APIs provide a flag to make mmap->unmap region mutually exclusive
to flash erase/programming when XIP from psram. SPI Flash write APIs
will benefit from this. When the flag is used, no concurrent access to
mapped region will happen while writing; otherwise the cache will be
disable to avoid data corruption.

Most ESP-IDF APIs calls mmap with this flag. As for users calling
mmap-like APIs directly, they can choose whether to enable this by a
flag.

harshal.patil 6459793edd change(security): disable Key Manager support on ESP32-C5/P4/S31 
The Key Manager hardware peripheral in its current form needs further
design changes before it can be offered as a production feature.
Until a revised peripheral design is available, withdraw ESP-IDF
support for it on all Key Manager capable targets.

free_up_channels can only be called once for a started transaction.
Double free will undesirely stop the next picked 2D-DMA transaction on the same channel.

harshal.patil 9514a0fd2f fix(esp_common): Add esp_fault_internal.h for use by G0 components 
In release/v5.x, esp_fault.h resides in the esp_hw_support (G1)
component, so the G0 components (hal, esp_rom) must not depend on it.
Copy its contents to esp_common as esp_fault_internal.h, keep
esp_fault.h as a compatibility wrapper around it, and switch the hal
and esp_rom ECDSA/ECC code to the internal header.
