No esp32s31 boards are registered in the flash_suspend runner pool yet.
The test_rtc_clk_flash test targets all SOC_CLK_TREE_SUPPORTED chips and
creates a flash_suspend CI job for esp32s31 that immediately fails with
no runner assigned. Add a temp_skip_ci matching the existing pattern for
esp32h2.

Tracked in IDF-15531.

Marius Vikhammer c34049a323 fix(esp_hal_wdt): reduce IRAM usage of WDT init ROM patch 
The ROM patch for chips missing clock source configuration in wdt_hal_init
was re-implementing the full function in IRAM. Instead, delegate to the ROM
version and only append the missing clock configuration afterwards, saving
~550 bytes of IRAM.

The hw-reference/modules-and-boards page was removed from esp-idf docs
and moved to esp-dev-kits. The ESP32-S2-Saola-1 user guide similarly
moved. The configure-builtin-jtag link used the now-obsolete chip-less
stable URL format.

Marius VikhammerandCopilot 8e66081ae3 fix(esp_hw_support): guard CSR_PRV_MODE usage in esp_cpu_get_curr_privilege_level 
CSR_PRV_MODE is only defined for a subset of RISC-V targets. Targets
that lack it (e.g. esp32h21, esp32h4, esp32s31) caused an assembler
error. Fall back to returning -1 (unsupported) when the CSR is not
defined.

ESP32-S31 has a separate functional clock gate for the systimer
(reg_systimer_clk_en in HP_SYS_CLKRST) that defaults to off. Without
it, the counter snapshot never completes, hanging execution inside
esp_timer_init_nonos.

Marius Vikhammer e4bc0e9554 fix(esp_coex): move coex init from esp_system to esp_coex component 
CMakev2's DEFERRED mode for idf_component_optional_requires only links
optional components already present in the dependency graph. This caused
esp_coex headers to be unavailable when building minimal examples on
targets with both WiFi and IEEE802154 (e.g. esp32c5, esp32c6).

Moving init_coexist to esp_coex removes the cross-component dependency
and ensures the init function is only compiled when esp_coex itself is
part of the build. A linker hook is added to guarantee the object file
is not silently discarded by the linker.

Marius Vikhammer cc9a929ea6 fix(esp_hw_support): clear LP core SW interrupt in wake stub before sleep 
When ulp_lp_core_wakeup_main_processor() is called, it sets the
PMU_SW_INT_RAW bit on the HP side. The normal sleep path clears this
bit before re-entering sleep, but esp_wake_stub_sleep() did not, leaving
the wakeup cause sticky. This caused the PMU to immediately re-trigger a
wakeup as soon as sleep was requested from the wake stub, producing a
rapid re-wakeup loop that eventually triggered LP_WDT_SYS resets.

Add a test case that verifies the wake stub can return to sleep correctly
across multiple LP core wakeup cycles without the re-wakeup bug.

The macro expanded with a trailing PRIVILEGED_FUNCTION; token, making it
unusable in expression contexts (e.g. inside assert() or as a function
argument), causing a compile error: "expected ')' before ';' token".

Marius Vikhammer e4a0a6439e fix(esp_hw_support): bypass esp_random during chip bringup 
When CONFIG_ESP_BRINGUP_BYPASS_RANDOM_SETTING is enabled (which defaults to
y for chips without SOC_RNG_SUPPORTED like ESP32-S31), esp_random() would get
stuck reading WDEV_RND_REG in an infinite loop. This caused boot failures,
especially when stack checking was enabled as it calls esp_random().

Marius Vikhammer af174ff486 fix(system): removed the exe flag from psram memory for esp32 
extern_ram_seg segment was marked as RWX in the linker script
even though we cannot run code from PSRAM on ESP32.

This is a link-time check, and actual CPU RWX permissions are
controlled seperately so this has no practical implications,
but it could mistakenly be remarked upon during security scans
or checks by customers.
