自动检测目标芯片

默认情况下，在项目中运行 ``idf.py monitor`` 会连接项目已配置的目标芯片。对于尚未构建、也未配置目标芯片的项目，该命令可连接任意目标芯片：执行命令后，程序会自动检测默认串口上的芯片，并将其传给监视器。因此，可以在新项目中直接运行 ``idf.py monitor``，无需先调用 ``idf.py set-target``。
