8156692e5a configure: always try at least one IMAP and SMTP server
Previously empty autoconfig resulted in no servers being tried and no
error displayed.

5a9a4dbbab introduce Account.get_blocked_contacts
also introduce Contact.block() and Contact.unblock() methods
and deprecate the c-ish "Contact.set_blocked()" api.
fixes #2011
