UIs should use display name everywhere and avoid displaying email addresses.
BREAKING CHANGE: dc_contact_get_name_n_addr() CFFI is removed
BREAKING CHANGE: JSON-RPC contact objects don't have nameAndAddr field anymore
"addr" is already deprecated and its default value was using "configured_addr".
We want to get rid of "configured_addr" too, but users should at least
not access it through deprecated config.
Since V2 a contact is its key, there is no address-to-key binding left to verify.
The JSONRPC and FFI APIs are unchanged and report nothing as verified.
BREAKING CHANGE: the statistics JSON sent to the self-reporting-bot on Android changes: Contacts have `encrypted` instead of `verified` and lose `transitive_chain` properties and message stats have `encrypted` instead of `verified` and `unverified_encrypted`, and securejoin invites lose `already_verified`. The collecting bot stores incoming reports verbatim but analysis will have to make sense of older and newer reports.
Removing a relay now takes effect immediately:
- the profile stops fetching and advertising it,
- secondary devices immediately apply the removal through the transport sync,
Upgrading removes unpublished relays and triggers keyupdates.
BREAKING CHANGE: set_transport_unpublished() is removed: UIs call delete_transport() when the user removes a relay.
BREAKING CHANGE: list_transports_ex() and the TransportListEntry type are removed: use list_transports().
BREAKING CHANGE: delete_transport() no longer refuses to remove the primary transport: it refuses only to remove the last one and re-elects the sending transport as needed.
BREAKING CHANGE: TransportsModified is now also emitted on the device modifying the transports, not only on devices applying the synced change.

I have an old profile which has ProfileImage param
set on the reserved SELF contact. When I deleted
an avatar from the profile, very old profile image
showed up in the settings in Delta Chat Desktop instead,
which can be "deleted" again without any result.
This fix is to return `None` early from get_profile_image_ext
for self contact without trying to load the parameter.
Fallthrough to loading params was likely there
since keycontacts and grey avatars for address contacts

"ex" means "used to be, but no longer is".
"ext" means "extended", which is the intended meaning.
"Ext" is more common not only in the Rust ecosystem but in general.
We already had several people (myself included) asking
what "ex" is supposed to mean.
To reproduce this commit, search and replace `_ex(?!\w)` -> `_ext`.
But don't change `list_transports_ex` because it's public API.
Adds `assert_warn`, `assert_error` and `assert_warns_or_errors`
methods to `TestContext`, that let us assert that
a certain warning or error is logged during the test.
Also asserts test logs should not contain any other
errors or warnings.
Adjusts tests accordingly.

This change is a preparation for ignoring
unencrypted messages by default.
New test_utils::encrypt_raw_message and
test_utils::receive_encrypted_imf are
used to encrypt the messages before
"receiving" them with receive_imf.
This makes such contacts appear in the contact list. `IncomingTo` is used because
`ChatId::accept_ex()` does so for groups, so sending a group message is effectively accepting the
group again in regards to contact searchability.
This fixes up b549e7633d which made it impossible to find contacts
from groups even if we've written there.
This makes `Contact::get_all()` and `Chatlist::try_load()` case-insensitive for non-ASCII chat and
contact names as well. The same approach as in f6f4ccc6ea "feat:
Case-insensitive search for non-ASCII messages (#5052)" is used: `chats.name_normalized` and
`contacts.name_normalized` colums are added which store lowercased/normalized names (for a contact,
if the name is unset, it's a normalized authname). If a normalized name is the same as the
chat/contact name, it's not stored to reduce the db size. A db migration is added for 10000 random
chats and the same number of the most recently seen contacts, for users it will probably migrate all
chats/contacts and for bots which may have more data it's not important.
`Contact::get_color()` returns gray if own keypair doesn't exist yet and we don't want any UIs
displaying it. Keypair generation can't be done in `get_color()` or `get_by_id_optional()` to avoid
breaking Core tests on key import. Also this makes the API clearer, pure getters shouldn't modify
any visible state.
Emitting an `AccountsItemChanged` event is needed for UIs to know when `Contact::get_color()` starts
returning the true color for `SELF`. Before, an address-based color was returned for a new account
which was changing to a fingerprint-based color e.g. on app restart. Now the self-color is our
favorite gray until own keypair is generated or imported e.g. via ASM.
It really depends on the screen,
but on Android phones with higher DPI
than laptop screen the contrast
looks a bit too low.
It should not be increased too high
because of clipping.
UIs now display green checkmark in a profile
if the contact is verified.
Chats with key-contacts cannot become unprotected,
so there is no need to check 1:1 chat.
We don't want to prefer returning verified contacts because e.g. if a bot was reinstalled and its
key changed, it may not be verified, and we don't want to bring the user to the old chat if they
click on the bot email address. But trying to return accepted contacts increases security and
doesn't break the described scenario.
If an address-contact and a key-contact were seen at exactly the same time, that doesn't necessarily
mean that it's a random event, it might occur because some code updates contacts this way in some
scenario. While this is unlikely, prefer to look up the key-contact.
This change introduces a new type of contacts
identified by their public key fingerprint
rather than an e-mail address.
Encrypted chats now stay encrypted
and unencrypted chats stay unencrypted.
For example, 1:1 chats with key-contacts
are encrypted and 1:1 chats with address-contacts
are unencrypted.
Groups that have a group ID are encrypted
and can only contain key-contacts
while groups that don't have a group ID ("adhoc groups")
are unencrypted and can only contain address-contacts.
JSON-RPC API `reset_contact_encryption` is removed.
Python API `Contact.reset_encryption` is removed.
"Group tracking plugin" in legacy Python API was removed because it
relied on parsing email addresses from system messages with regexps.

otherwise, by tuning down the email addresses,
one does not really has and idea who is SELF.
maybe the dialog is the only way at the end to get the transport
adresses of contacts,
this is unclear atm, this PR fixes the issue at hand
SecureJoin and importing a vCard are the primary
ways we want to support for creating contacts.
Typing in an email address and relying on Autocrypt
results in sending the first message unencrypted
and we want to clearly separate unencrypted and encrypted
chats in the future.
To make the tests more stable, we set up test contacts
with vCards as this always immediately
results in creating a single encrypted chat
and this is not going to change.
