"archive" consistency and improvements (#3918)

* move 'archived link' betweeen pinned and normal cahts or above normal chats

* add icon for 'archived chats' link

* let get_fresh_msg_cnt() work for DC_CHAT_ID_ARCHIVED_LINK

* move 'archived link' topmost

* use less noticeable archived-icon

* slightly smaller archived icon

* update CHANGELOG
