api: remove dc_get_http_response(), dc_http_response_get_mimetype(), dc_http_response_get_encoding(), dc_http_response_get_blob(), dc_http_response_get_size(), dc_http_response_unref() and dc_http_response_t from cffi

this is now done with jsonrpc via
`dc_jsonrpc_request()` or `dc_jsonrpc_blocking_call()`
using the method `get_http_response`
