Sarvesh Bodakhe f1a0931ff6 fix(wifi): print readable cipher names in RSN/WPA scan/connect logs ...

Replace raw IEEE80211_CIPHER_* integer values with string names in the
rsn valid, rsn override valid, and wpa invalid log messages so users can
understand the cipher types.

Cipher names use the bare suite name without the redundant AES- prefix
(CMAC128, GCM, GCM256, GMAC128, GMAC256), matching wpa_cipher_txt() in
the supplicant.
