Chen Chen 0fbbcd7271 fix: update flash encryption mock build check 
Use a non-deprecated bootloader support API in the mock build test.
Keep the test focused on validating the generated bootloader support mock.

Supported Targets Linux

This application is a build test. It checks that all the mocks can be built correctly. Running it is possible but not useful.
