wuzhenghui 0c1363a731 fix(esp_security): swicth crypto clock source with common clock enable/disable ...

Selecting the crypto clock to PLL (e.g. 240M) once in init leaves the
mux on that parent even after the parent is gated off, so the mux cannot
safely switch back to XTAL. Move mux selection into
esp_crypto_common_clk_enable: select the target PLL on enable, and
switch back to XTAL on the last disable (parent still held).
