Frantisek Hrbata 9204ed63e0 fix(bootloader_support/cmake): initialize priv_include_dirs variable
For the bootloader build, the `priv_include_dirs` variable is
uninitialized, but it is used in the common call to
`idf_component_register`.

Using uninitialized variables is not allowed in cmakev2 because a
component may be evaluated in the context of another component’s
variable scope.

Bootloader Support Component
============================

Overview
--------

"Bootloader support" contains APIs which are used by the bootloader but are also needed for the main app.

Code in this component needs to be aware of being executed in a bootloader environment (no RTOS available, BOOTLOADER_BUILD macro set) or in an esp-idf app environment (RTOS running, need locking support.)
