Ashish Sharma 7bf494bf32 feat(esp_http_client): report the failing error code through HTTP_EVENT_ERROR ...

The handler only received the transport's TLS error handle; the ESP_ERR_HTTP_* code
lived in the return value of the failing call. Hand it to the callback in
esp_http_client_event_t::error; the transport handle and the TLS getter are untouched.
