Sudeep Mohanty 964c438587 fix(esp_hal_sd): include <stddef.h> for offsetof in sdio_slave_hal.c 
picolibc with C23 no longer exposes <stddef.h> implicitly through
other headers; add the explicit include for `offsetof`.
