harshal.patil 6459793edd change(security): disable Key Manager support on ESP32-C5/P4/S31
The Key Manager hardware peripheral in its current form needs further
design changes before it can be offered as a production feature.
Until a revised peripheral design is available, withdraw ESP-IDF
support for it on all Key Manager capable targets.

harshal.patil 9514a0fd2f fix(esp_common): Add esp_fault_internal.h for use by G0 components
In release/v5.x, esp_fault.h resides in the esp_hw_support (G1)
component, so the G0 components (hal, esp_rom) must not depend on it.
Copy its contents to esp_common as esp_fault_internal.h, keep
esp_fault.h as a compatibility wrapper around it, and switch the hal
and esp_rom ECDSA/ECC code to the internal header.

harshal.patil 8b2e942e4e change(esp_key_mgr): Store key_len field in the key_info
- Update the Key Manager key types to be generic
- Define a new enum to determine the length of the keys
- Refactor the Key Manager driver support generic key types and key lengths
- Also store key deployment mode in the key recovery info

Aditya Patwardhan 11128b73f5 feat(hal): Add countermeasure for ECDSA generate signature
The ECDSA peripheral before ECO5 of esp32h2 does not perform the ECDSA
sign operation in constant time. This allows an attacker to read the
power signature of the ECDSA sign operation and then calculate the
ECDSA key stored inside the eFuse. The commit adds a countermeasure
for this attack. In this case the real ECDSA sign operation is
masked under dummy ECDSA sign operations to hide its real power
    signature

Aditya Patwardhan d1c47835a2 fix(security): Fixed flash encryption for esp32p4
The flash encryption on esp32p4 was broken due to some code related
to key manager not being executed when key manager support was
    disabled on esp32p4 target.
    This commit fixes that behaviour
Additionally, the atomic env enablement for
    key_mgr_ll_enable_peripheral_clock was fixed.

Mahavir Jain f9501f6ea9 fix(ecdsa): remove unused k_mode from the ECDSA HAL/LL API
For ESP32-H2 case, the hardware k mode is always enforced through
efuse settings (done in startup code).

For ESP32-P4 case, the software k mode is not supported in the peripheral
itself and code was redundant.
