yi chen 16e5797ad3 fix(spiffs): fix off-by-one in spiffsgen.py obj name length check 
SpiffsFS.create_file() rejected names only when strictly longer than
obj_name_len, but CONFIG_SPIFFS_OBJ_NAME_LEN's documented semantics
(see components/spiffs/Kconfig) are that the length includes the
zero-termination character, so the maximum number of actual name
characters is obj_name_len - 1.

With the old check, a name exactly obj_name_len characters long was
accepted. SpiffsObjIndexPage.to_binary() then computes the NUL padding
after the name as (obj_name_len - len(name)), which is 0 in that case,
so the generated image's fixed-size name field ends up with no NUL
terminator anywhere in its reserved region.

Fix the boundary so the generator enforces the same maximum length
that the Kconfig help text documents.

Only update extend_adv_cb after HCI Set Extended Advertising

Zhang Hai Peng bb2610b445 fix(ble/bluedroid): use sr_cmd status for GATT server error rsp 
When sending an ATT error response after a failed server operation,
use p_tcb->sr_cmd.status instead of the last app callback status so

Zhang Hai Peng 21159c5826 fix(ble/bluedroid): match read-multiple responses by handle 
Read Multiple may mix stack auto-responses with app async responses,
so multi_rsp_q order can differ from the request handle order. Look up
each response by handle (with occurrence for duplicates) instead of
walking the queue by index, and treat opcode-only buffers as empty.

David Cermak 4e59b2eacb fix(lwip): reject invalid DHCP MTU option values 
Validate MTU from DHCP option 26 against RFC 2132 minimum (68 bytes)
before applying to netif->mtu, preventing rogue DHCP servers from
setting MTU to 0 or other dangerously low values that cause integer
wraparound in IPv4 fragmentation.
