Default timeout for interrupt WDT was increased by default
on ESP32, due to some heap integrity check APIs taking a long
time on large PSRAMs and causing timeouts.
But this adjustment was only done for ESP32, not later chips,
even though they may experience the same issue.
Adjusted to have the same behavior on all chips with PSRAM
enabled, making it consistant with the docs.

Wrap MWDT-related code under SOC_WDT_SUPPORTED so targets without a main
watchdog can compile.
Add SOC_RTC_WDT_SUPPORTED for RTC watchdog usage (bootloader, slow-clock
paths) and regenerate Kconfig.soc_caps.in. Bootloader RWDT setup stays
under SOC_RTC_WDT_SUPPORTED; MWDT flashboot teardown stays under
SOC_WDT_SUPPORTED.
ESP_INT_WDT, ESP_TASK_WDT_EN, and BOOTLOADER_WDT_ENABLE depend on
SOC_WDT_SUPPORTED where applicable. Build xt_wdt.c only when
SOC_XT_WDT_SUPPORTED. Provide no-op panic WDT helpers when
SOC_WDT_SUPPORTED is disabled.
esp_stdio contains everything the old esp_vfs_console contained (the vfs stdio glue layer)
as well as other functionality related to stdio (previously referred to as console)
Add a condition on the definition of the MALLOC_CAP_EXEC macro to
prevent it from being defined if ESP_SYSTEM_MEMPROT_FEATURE or
ESP_SYSTEM_PMP_IDRAM_SPLIT is enabled, thus throwing a compile time
error when using it.

This commit updates the Panic handler behavior Kconfig setting to make
the GDBStub on Panic (CONFIG_ESP_SYSTEM_PANIC_GDBSTUB) option to be only
available when esp_gdbstub is part of the component list of the build.

Previously, Task Snapshot could be conditionally built based on the
CONFIG_FREERTOS_ENABLE_TASK_SNAPSHOT option. However, there is no overhead
with always enabling Task Snapshot functions, as the linker will remove any
functions if they are not called.
This commit...
- removes all ESP-IDF dependencies on the CONFIG_FREERTOS_ENABLE_TASK_SNAPSHOT
option so that Task Snapshot functions are always available.
- Makes CONFIG_FREERTOS_ENABLE_TASK_SNAPSHOT a hidden option to maintain
compatibility with user code.
- adds documentation regarding Task Snapshot.
- add hardware stack guard based on assist-debug module
- enable hardware stack guard by default
- disable hardware stack guard for freertos ci.release test
- refactor rtos_int_enter/rtos_int_exit to change SP register inside them
- fix panic_reason.h header for RISC-V
