bd_gp_ioctl() logged "Parent device does not implement ioctl" at error level
whenever the parent block device had no ioctl, even though callers treat the
returned ESP_ERR_NOT_SUPPORTED as a normal answer. On SPI flash, every FatFS
TRIM through a generic-partition BDL printed this misleading error.
Return ESP_ERR_NOT_SUPPORTED without logging, the same as the wear-levelling
BDL does when its lower device has no ioctl. The return value is unchanged.
Use 64-bit byte offsets and sizes in the generic partition BDL and preserve
64-bit SDMMC addresses until sector conversion.
Return proper ESP-IDF error codes and return output via parameter.
Add large-partition coverage and document the SD/eMMC partition layout.
