fix(kconfig): use 'n' instead of '0'/'false' for bool defaults
Bool symbols in nimble, BTDM, and two examples used invalid default literals. The parser already falls back to 'n'; set that explicitly. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
