The default is set to the optimization level used by the rest of the ESP-IDF project. By default, mbedTLS is optimized for size (-Os). If the project optimization
level (CONFIG_COMPILER_OPTIMIZATION) is set to "Optimize for performance (-O2)",
mbedTLS also defaults to -O2. You can override the default with this option.
The "No optimization" setting adds no flags, so mbedTLS compiles with the
project optimization level.
