- Update automatic table/tree row heights through dedicated, debounced
cell and header metric notifications.
- Let rows and wrapped spinboxes grow and shrink with font and padding
changes while preserving explicit heights.
- Use font-relative icon slots capped to row height, requesting glyph
sources at text size and image sources at slot size.
- Correct inherited font-size lookup and redundant minimum-size clamping.
- Save eefm window dimensions in screen coordinates to prevent repeated
HiDPI enlargement on restart.
- Add sizing and glyph regression tests and document automatic row heights.
