- Honor EEPP_PIXEL_DENSITY when an app has not specified a scale,
  without resizing its window.
- Scale chart measurements in dp, expose chart styling, and resolve
  default colors through the UI theme.
- Fix gaps at miter joins and round chart text to device pixels.
- Use inline storage for common chart axis, series, and label counts.
- Add density and rendering regression tests.
