- UITableCell: leave Enter to the model view instead of clicking the cell.
  With focus on the selected row's cell, single-click navigation opened
  the row twice: once from the cell click and once from the view's Enter
  handler. Affected UITreeView, and UITableView/UIListView since they
  follow focus-on-selection.
- Add a regression test for list, table and tree views in both click
  modes.
- Link CoreFoundation and CoreServices in eepp_module_vfs_add(): efsw's
  FSEvents watcher needs them, which broke the eefm link on macOS.
