- Decimal/text markers now inherit the current list-item font color.
  - Marker X/Y coordinates are pixel-snapped, eliminating blurry rendering.
  - The behavior is shared by <li> and textual <summary> markers.
  - Added focused tests for inherited color and integer positioning.
