- Refuse unsafe SFTP overwrite and POSIX no-replace rename fallbacks. - Add configurable SFTP operation deadlines and reconnect after timeout. - Wake all Task waiters and support reentrant directory model dispatch. - Ignore stale watch results and coalesce large directory listing batches. - Report partial transfers and preserve skipped symlinks during moves. - Open remote files as explicit local copies without overwriting prior edits. - Prevent Xvfb reset crashes and retain server diagnostics. - Add regression coverage and document the updated behavior.
