d2c002f992 Removed InheritsFrom and IsTypeOrInheritsFrom, now it's contained in IsType. 
Fixed IsType in cGameObjects.

b5be87e7a3 Added cTextureGroupEditor ( to create / edit texture groups ). 
Fixed stbi_info ( need more testing ).
