bjoern d1537095e4 chore(release): prepare for 1.151.2 (#6267) 
following `RELEASE.md`, after merging, the following is needed:

6. Tag the release: `git tag --annotate v1.151.2`.
7. Push the release tag: `git push origin v1.151.2`.
8. Create a GitHub release: `gh release create v1.151.2 --notes ''`.

To generate the C Interface documentation, call doxygen in the deltachat-ffi directory and browse the html subdirectory.
