bjoern 3b6c3e10d7 update draft docs (#2886) 
* we no longer set a draft on group creation

* remove probably outdated comment

the comment was added at
https://github.com/deltachat/deltachat-core/pull/457
where draft revamping was done half only
and was probably forgotten to being removed later.

at least, i cannot make any sense out of the comment.
