This fixes the warning
<https://docs.zizmor.sh/audits/#dependabot-cooldown >
and avoids updating to freshly published dependencies
that are more likely to be unpublished.

* increase dependabot pr limit from 10 to 50 (due to only monthly interval, 10 seems to be too low)
