44c2febbe1 test(direct_imap): always pass mark_seen=False to fetch()
mark_seen=True is the default and translates to fetching BODY
of the message. mark_seen=False translates to fetching BODY.PEEK
that is described in IETF RFC 3501 as
"An alternate form of BODY[<section>] that does not implicitly set the \Seen flag."

It is unexpected unless you know this detail of IMAP protocol already,
but this is not going to be fixed in imap_tools: <https://github.com/ikvk/imap_tools/issues/179>

555b8b8b51 test: do not fetch all messages when direct_imap is created
This code is likely from the time when we reused mailboxes
in python/ tests, it does not do anything anymore.

3858c47ceb api!: remove default value for "addr" config
"addr" is already deprecated and its default value was using "configured_addr".
We want to get rid of "configured_addr" too, but users should at least
not access it through deprecated config.

b1da53a56b api!: remove verification methods from the FFI and JSON-RPC APIs
Core no longer tracks verification, so the API has nothing left
to report and UIs should drop their checkmark and "Introduced by" code.

BREAKING CHANGE: dc_contact_is_verified() and dc_contact_get_verifier_id() are removed.

BREAKING CHANGE: the JSON-RPC Contact object loses the `isVerified` and `verifierId` fields. A bot reading `snapshot.is_verified` now gets an `AttributeError` at runtime.

BREAKING CHANGE: the Python bindings lose `Contact.is_verified()` and `Contact.get_verifier()`.

BREAKING CHANGE: DC_STR_CONTACT_VERIFIED (35) is removed, so UIs should stop registering a translation for it. A stock id core does not know is logged and otherwise ignored, so an un-updated client keeps working.

d8912a98ac feat!: stop tracking contact verification
Since V2 a contact is its key, there is no address-to-key binding left to verify.

The JSONRPC and FFI APIs are unchanged and report nothing as verified.

BREAKING CHANGE: the statistics JSON sent to the self-reporting-bot on Android changes: Contacts have `encrypted` instead of `verified` and lose `transitive_chain` properties and message stats have `encrypted` instead of `verified` and `unverified_encrypted`, and securejoin invites lose `already_verified`. The collecting bot stores incoming reports verbatim but analysis will have to make sense of older and newer reports.

7421e67ab6 feat: do not create device messages for IMAP authentication errors
Authentication failures may happen because of internal server errors.
Device message saying "Please check if the email address and the password are correct"
was written for classic email setups when the user knows the password.
For users of chatmail relays this message is not actionable,
but still appears when relay fails to check the password.

cc229372e4 test: provide complete test isolation by not re-using account addresses
As we are using a dedicated CI relay instance, we don't need to be careful with creating test addresses.
But re-using test addresses in a test running in a single worker can leak events/messages which compromises test isolation.
Instead of encountering random flaky tests because let's just not cache addresses to maximize test isolation.

fb4fdeb470 fix(python): create event emitter when EventThread is initialized
EventThread is created in Account.__init__,
but the thread start may be scheduled later.
If the thread only cals dc_get_event_emitter()
after some events have been emitted,
EventThread will never capture such events
and the tests will timeout waiting for the event.

This happened in CI on a Linux runner
with test_markseen_invalid_message_ids
timing out waiting for DC_EVENT_MSGS_CHANGED
right after sending a message.

961cacd795 fix: Correctly delete unneeded messages on the server; Remove "Delete Messages from Server" (delete_server_after) config option (#8240)
Fix https://github.com/chatmail/core/issues/8195
Supersedes https://github.com/chatmail/core/pull/8217

The most interesting change is in `delete_expired_imap_messages()`
because there, messages are marked for deletion on single-device
chatmail profiles.

The logic in `delete_expired_imap_messages()` was wrong before, and
pre-messages were not deleted at all. This is fixed by also querying
`pre_rfc724_mid` in addition to `rfc724_mid` from the `msgs` table.
In order not to make the SQL statement too complex, I split it into two.

WRT tests:
- `test_immediate_autodelete()` tests the auto-deletion;
`test_imap_autodelete_fully_downloaded_msg()` tests that even for a
message that is split into pre- and post-message, both messages are
deleted.
- A lot of tests test that if bcc_self is on, messages are not
auto-deleted. E.g. `test_one_account_send_bcc_setting()` and
`test_markseen_message_and_mdn()` relies on the fact that messages stay
on the server when bcc_self is on.
- Unfortunately, it is not possible to test that messages are only
deleted for chatmail servers, because we don't have any tests that use a
non-chatmail server.

1219cbe1a3 fix: do not create 1:1 chat on second device when scanning a QR code
This avoids creating 1:1 chat on a second device when joining a channel.
Now when joining a channel there may be no 1:1 chat with the inviter
when the channel is created. In this case we still create the channel
as unblocked even if 1:1 chat would be a contact request
because joining the channel is an explicit action
and it is not possible to add someone who did not scan a QR
to the channel manually.
