Also marked functions that are not used outside as pub(crate).
Some functions like get_filesuffix_lc() are still used
by deltachat-repl, so the whole module cannot be made private.
Adds `assert_warn`, `assert_error` and `assert_warns_or_errors`
methods to `TestContext`, that let us assert that
a certain warning or error is logged during the test.
Also asserts test logs should not contain any other
errors or warnings.
Adjusts tests accordingly.

We have recently removed it from the normal "message info" dialog
at least on Delta Chat Desktop, so without this one can't easily find
the ID of a particular message,
which is useful for debugging.
3 months were proven to be too short some years ago, after that issue,
we went far up to 12 months.
however, 12 months were considered too long after recent discussions :)
so, 6 months seems to be a good compromise.
the warning is still repeated every months and the text is unchanged.
advantage is still that this approach does not require network or
opt-in, and catches really all lazy updaters with few effort, cmp
