93797bc82f Switch to sanitize-filename-reader-friendly 
One advantage is that it does not depend on any crates, so there is a
higher chance of dropping regex crate eventually.

b5fa0f8924 Add support for G Suite domains 
Do a lookup based on domain's MX servers. G Suite domains are expected
to have at least 'aspmx.l.google.com' listed in MXs.
